I’m Tim Yu—a 32-year-old investor, entrepreneur, veteran, and husband based in Louisville, KY. In the past year, I’ve completed over a dozen real estate deals while building our wholesale operation. My partner and I own $5M+ in buy-and-holds through creative finance.
